  The food is pretty average however we were served by Liliana - she’s super attentive and friendly and made our experience much much better!

  Went for dinner on a Friday night. Service was incredibly slow. Took an hour for the mains to arrive, and they arrived cold. Staff didn’t check-in on us, so we never got to order more drinks while we waited. Waited 30 minutes after finishing our mains to be asked if we wanted the dessert menu, then another 30 minutes to take our order. In the end we had to give up as we’d been sat in the restaurant for 2.5 hours at this point. Table next to us had to wait 40minutes after asking for the bill. In the end we spent about half as much as we were intending to, simply because we weren’t able to order.

  Had such a lovely experience at Zizzi today 🤍 We had pizzas and desserts and everything was delicious. A special thank you to Liliana for being so kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. She made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back! 🍕✨
